NeoFlowArt provides services and information for artist and spinners who wish to use, learn and play with products by this company. We provide information, documents, graphics, videos and all content on https://NeoFlowArt.com for informational purposes only.

- Some professional props will require necessary skills.
- Any misuse of the products is at your own risk.
3. Pricing or other information error
If there will be error in pricing on the Website, NeoFlowArt reserve the right to refund and cancel the order. We will do steps to fix such error. Any order made under the error like this will be cancelled and it is not valid order.

The Website may contain products, links and information provided by third parties. This content is provided as is, not under the responsibility of NeoFlowArt, you use this content at your own risk.

11.1 We will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information without your consent.
12. Shipping.
NeoFlowArt contracts third party providers to ship and deliver products to you.
- Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee your item will always reach its destination within the targeted delivery times.For our part, our team will provide assistance in case of problems with delivery. We are always in touch with our customers and do our best to provide the best service.
- In some cases сustomers from different countries may be charged with customs fees or other import taxes. NeoFlowArt will be try to provide all cooperation to help in such cases, should they arise. NeoFlowArt cannot take any responsibility for these extra charges, it’s the responsibility of the customer to inquire about all applicable custom fees of home country. Or contact with us for more information and ask us what we can do for you.
12.1 Shipping during high season period (New Year).
- During high season 5-10% of parcels have significant delays. We provide all kinds of support to our customers and do our best on our part. We write all necessary complaints and appeals to shipping companies about delays. But unfortunately we are not responsible for the services quality of third parties and transport companies and impossible to affect directly for solving issues about delivery delays fast. The situation also depends on the recipient country and the chosen delivery method.
- What happens if I am a super "lucky" and my package will be lost? The chances of parcels being lost are less than 1%, but unfortunately this can happen. After official confirmation from shipping company, we send you new one kit. Not one of our clients has not yet remained dissatisfied. Unfortunately we not accepting refunds, if parcel will be lost by services of 3-rd parties in recipient country or by reasons which beyond our control.
13. Warranty
All props come with 1 year warranty + we have lifetime support for all our products in our service center. The warranty won’t be honored if the product was subject to water, sand, fuels, fire, electronic discharge, physical abuse (acrostaff moves, throwing up in the air) or the product was opened and tinkered with. NeoFlowArt reserve the right to assess each case individually. Customer is responsible for safe delivery of the broken product back for warranty repair. The customer must contact NeoFlowArt before sending the product back for repair.
13.1 Lifetime service:
NeoFlowArt offers extended repair service for selected range of its products, referred to as “Lifetime service“. Provision of this Service is not enforceable in any way and it’s applicability solely depends on the assessment of NeoFlowArt.
13.2 Guarantee compensations of shipping rates for warranty cases.
The information below is relevant for equipment that has been in use for less than a month from the day it was received.
Our company’s policy – fair pricing under the highest production quality. All our products are tested by different workers few times before sending. However, in rare one-off cases,impossible to check all, because we are also dependent on component suppliers and 3-rd parties. What does it mean? This means that a malfunction may occur, which can occur only during props using or during transportation and this cannot be detected in advance. A lot of companies overvalue the products several times to pay the warranty liabilities and protect themselves from possible expenditures. We don't want to increase the prices as many other companies do.
Due to this, by making orders on our site, you accept our pricing policy and possible risks, according to which, the replacement of value in case of warranty events cannot exceed $30 US. Generally, this rule is relating to out-sized packages. The average cost of delivery to the EU and the USA countries is no more $30 by the regular post. For the out-sized packages to Australia, Canada, Latin American countries, different islands and etc., depending on the country and scale of rates, the prices can be higher. Our company is responsible only for partial coverage of the confirmed by tech support warranty cases, for example, we guarantee to send the exact equipment again from our country, and also compensation for the resending up to $30. The sums higher than $30, in the case your country offers high traffic rates, unfortunately, won't be compensated. Please, be receptive to this rule, as we make efforts for the whole community. By purchasing our props via affordable pricing you already save money several times and, in addition to this, get high quality, customer support, updates and service.
When confirming a warranty case:
- within 1 month after the purchase, we will refund delivery cost and ship new replacement item ( or repaired item ) for free.
- within 2 months - we will ship replacement item ( or repaired item ) for free, but not cover shipping cost to our service center.
- within year all warranty repairs are - free. (excluded shipping, water damage, fire damage or physical damages.)
13.3 Li-ion & li-pol battery policy.
Our production uses the highest quality batteries, however, during operation, different cases may occur. We draw the attention of customers to the fact that you should not store props discharged for a long time. Do not leave props to charge overnight, the average time for a full charge is 2.5 hours! Battery life in most cases depends on the user, operating conditions, the frequency of proper charge-discharge cycles, props types and other factors. If for any reason the battery fails during the first six months of operation, we replace it free of charge. In the event that remote battery replacement is possible by the buyer, we provide the necessary instructions. If it not possible, payment for the delivery to our local service center is paid by the customer.
14. The complete set of the product:
The buyer is obliged to check the complete set of the ordered goods upon receipt, in case of absence of travel bags, connectors, or part of the ordered goods, inform the seller immediately and no later than 3 days from the date of receipt. In other cases, the seller has the right to refuse to consider the claim. We do not store video recordings from the packaging table for months and it is not possible to verify the claim.
15. Return policy:
Customer has the right to return the purchased product for full refund if it’s sent to NeoFlowArt within 10 days after receiving your gear. It’s important to make an inquiry to support email within the first 10 days after receiving, not later. The product must be in perfect resellable condition and include all original accessories (cables, chargers, carrying cases, batteries, etc.) Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NeoFlowArt without any damage during transport. Additionally, shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. The request about return must be sent to the contact email.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged :
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
16. Disclaimer
We produce our products according to our concept of high reliability, maximum comfort and high quality of props.
Nevertheless, you use our products at your own risk and in any situation and under any circumstances NeoFlowArt assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused by the use of our products.
We do not practice compensations for the risks associated with show cancellations if something happen with props. Like any other electronics manufacturer, we provide warranty obligations only, but we are not liable for possible losses in connection with the planned art performances. If you are planning a performance, then as a professional artist, you should plan to purchase equipment and get it at least a month before your performance, so that there is time to check everything and get ready in time.
Appearance and functionality of our products may differs in small details from information and photos in our Website and in catalog. This is due to the fact that we continuously develop and improve products and not always have ability to update the photos and information in time.

If this issue was not raised in your order, or you did not appeal to us with this question, then, placing an order, you confirm that this is not a question of principle for you. In this case, a complaint about possible differences appearance of images will not be accepted.
