Formatting old and new generation boards
STEP 1. Check your board generation
1) If you have a Windows computer, proceed to the next step. If you have a MAC computer, check this before connecting to the computer: neoflowart.com/neosupport/ The support page contains important information for MAC users!
2) you need to connect the props to the computer, go to the System folder and open the config.ini file in notepad
If you see the line EnableAccelerometer in the config.ini file, it means that you have a new generation board and chip. In this case, format the new boards for any operating system using the buttons.
