By registering on this website as a user or placing an order at NeoFlowArt E-Shop you accept these terms and conditions.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the website and products.

2. The services:

NeoFlowArt provides services and information for artist and spinners who wish to use, learn and play with products by this company. We provide information, documents, graphics, videos and all content on https://NeoFlowArt.com for informational purposes only.

2.2 Disclaimer:

You understand and agree that:

- Some professional props will require necessary skills.

- Any misuse of the products is at your own risk.

- Any LED props and equipment are prohibited from being used in the rain.

3. Pricing or other information error

If there is an error in pricing on the Website, NeoFlowArt reserve the right to refund and cancel the order. We will do steps to fix such error. Any order made under the error like this will be cancelled and it is not valid order.

4. Third party vendors.

The Website may contain products, links and information provided by third parties. This content is provided as is, not under the responsibility of NeoFlowArt, you use this content at your own risk.

5. Security of your login information:

You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. You also agree:

- not to permit any other person to use your login information; and

- not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, date of birth or any other information in connection with your user account that may allow them to gain access to your account.

- NeoFlowArt makes every effort to maintain security of information provided in connection with the website but cannot guarantee the security of any such information, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoFlowArt shall not be responsible for any disclosure or compromise of user information.

NeoFlowArt may send you information emails related to your purchase or account, transactions and other activities on the Website, and newsletters for promoting and marketing purposes. Any newsletter from NeoFlowArt will provide the means on how to stop receiving them.

11. You agree that NeoFlowArt uses your personal information to provide services to you

11.1 We will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information without your consent.

12. Shipping.

NeoFlowArt contracts third party providers to ship and deliver products to you.

- Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee your item will always reach its destination within the targeted delivery times.For our part, our team will provide assistance in case of problems with delivery. We are always in touch with our customers and do our best to provide the best service.

- In some cases сustomers from different countries may be charged with customs fees or other import taxes.NeoFlowArt will try to provide full cooperation to help in such cases, should they arise. NeoFlowArt cannot take any responsibility for these extra charges, it’s the responsibility of the customer to inquire about all applicable custom fees of home country. Or contact with us for more information and ask us what we can do for you to provide you with the best experience. We always try to reduce any additional costs for our clients if it possible.

- What happens if I am a super "lucky" and my package will be lost? The chances of parcels being lost are less than 1%, but unfortunately this can happen. After official confirmation from shipping company, we send you new one kit. None of our clients has been dissatisfied. Unfortunately we not accepting refunds, if parcel will be lost by services of 3-rd parties in recipient country or by reasons which beyond our control.

12.1 Shipping during high season period (New Year).

During high season 5-10% of parcels sent via regular post have significant delays. We provide all kinds of support to our customers and do our best on our part. We write all necessary claims and appeals to shipping companies about delays. But unfortunately we are not responsible for the services quality of third parties and transport companies and impossible to affect directly for solving issues about delivery delays fast. The situation also depends on the recipient country and the chosen delivery method.

13. Warranty

All props come with 1 year warranty + we have lifetime service support for all our products. The warranty won’t be honored if the product was subject to water, sand, fuels, fire, electrostatic discharge, physical abuse (acrostaff moves, throwing up in the air) or the product was opened and tinkered with. NeoFlowArt reserve the right to assess each case individually. Customer is responsible for safe delivery of the broken product back for repair. The customer must contact NeoFlowArt before sending the product back for repair.

13.1 Lifetime service:

NeoFlowArt offers an extended repair service for a selected range of its products, called the “Lifetime Service.” Please note that this service is provided at NeoFlowArt’s discretion and is not guaranteed. Its availability depends solely on the assessment of a NeoFlowArt technical specialist, particularly for goods older than 5 years.

13.2 Important information for customers in remote regions, Latin American countries, including islands, countries under sanctions or with complex rules for incoming and outgoing parcels.

We’re super proud to serve customers around the world and strive to provide a high level of service regardless of location. However, we regret to inform you that certain destinations are subject to specific limitations related to logistics and warranty services. If you are located in New Zealand, Latin American countries (such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.), island regions (such as the Canary Islands, Maldives, French Polynesia, etc.), countries under sanctions (Lebanon, etc.) or with complex rules for incoming and outgoing parcels (Türkiye) or other remote areas, please note:

Warranty and service support in these regions may be limited. Returns and shipping (including warranty cases) are not eligible for reimbursement and must be covered by the customer.

We value each and every customer and aim to provide the best service possible, but in some cases, the fulfillment of our obligations may be limited by objective circumstances. We recommend contacting our support team before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and clarify warranty policy details for your region.

Our team appreciates your trust and is always open to communication. Our goal is to make every effort to ensure the best possible experience in any situation.

13.3 Guarantee compensations of shipping rates for warranty cases.

The information below is relevant for equipment that has been in use for less than a month from the day it was received.

Our company’s policy is fair pricing combined with the highest product quality. All products undergo multiple tests before shipping, but occasional malfunctions may still occur due to reliance on third-party components and shipping.

When confirming a warranty case:
- within 1 month after the purchase, we will refund* delivery cost to us and ship new replacement item ( or repaired item ) for free. *For any case shipping compensation costs cannot exceed $30
- within 2 months - we will ship replacement item ( or repaired item ) for free, but not cover shipping cost to us.
- within year all warranty repairs are - free. (delivery is at the customer's expense)

Please understand this policy helps us maintain initially affordable prices and continue providing quality products and support.

13.4 Li-ion & li-pol battery policy.

Our production uses the highest quality batteries, however, during operation, different cases may occur. We draw the attention of customers to the fact that you should not store props discharged for a long time. Do not leave props to charge overnight, the average time for a full charge is 2.5-3 hours! Battery life in most cases depends on the customer, operating conditions, the frequency of proper charge-discharge cycles, props types and other factors. The warranty does not apply if the props or battery have been damaged due to a power surge in the electrical network or as a result of a short circuit caused by external factors. If for any reason the battery fails during the first six months of operation, we replace it free of charge. In the event that remote battery replacement is possible by the customer, we provide the necessary instructions. If it not possible, payment for the delivery to our local service center is paid by the customer.

14. The complete set of the product:

The customer is obliged to check the complete set of the ordered goods upon receipt, in case of absence of travel bags, connectors, or part of the ordered goods, inform the seller immediately and no later than 3-5 days from the date of receipt. Late claims may not be accepted.

15. Return policy:

Customer has the right to return the purchased product for full refund if it’s sent to NeoFlowArt within 10 days after receiving your gear. It’s important to make an inquiry to support email within the first 10 days after receiving, not later. The product must be in perfect resellable condition and include all original accessories (cables, chargers, carrying cases, batteries, etc.) Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NeoFlowArt without any damage during transport. Additionally, shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. The request about return must be sent to the contact email.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged : Custom or personalized orders, Items on sale

Dear customer, in the case of returning a product purchased with free shipping, please note that the shipping cost has already been partially or fully included in the total amount of the product. Therefore, upon return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund to ensure a fair settlement. Thank you for your understanding!

16. Disclaimer

We produce our products according to our concept of high reliability, maximum comfort and high quality of props.

Nevertheless, you use our products at your own risk and in any situation and under any circumstances NeoFlowArt assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused by the use of our products.

We do not practice compensations for the risks associated with show cancellations if something happen with props. Like any other electronics manufacturer, we provide warranty obligations only, but we are not liable for possible losses in connection with the planned art performances. If you are planning a performance, then as a professional artist, you should plan to purchase equipment and get it at least a month before your performance, so that there is time to check everything and get ready in time.

Appearance and functionality of our products may differs in small details from information and photos in our Website and in catalog. This is due to the fact that we continuously develop and improve products and not always have ability to update the photos and information in time.
